how do we go about manually installing OpenPPM? I dont use the .ova . I have Tomcat and Ubunto installed. Not sure what to do next?

For Manual installation of OpenPPM, please follow « Section 1-B Customized Installation » starting on page 12 of the Installation Guide OpenPPM Complete v1.1
